This is an intro course to "MEDITATION EXPERIENCE" Have you seen it out there in the world? It’s nuts! We are all on ‘autopilot’. We rarely slow ourselves down to appreciate what is right in front of us. We have a million ‘to do’ lists, places to be and people to take care of. We are constantly on the go or our minds are constantly occupied with our phones, social media , television, etc. For many of us, the spiritual practice of taking a day of rest is completely obsolete. However, just because our society has changed, that does not mean our need for REST periods have changed! Our minds need a BREAK from all the stimulation. We need to get back to knowing ourselves on a SPIRITUAL level and not just on the physical human level. That’s the hardest ‘level’ of Being ! Who wants to get stuck THERE?! The Spiritual realm is the most powerful , clear and uses the least amount of our energy! We need to return THERE for clarity and calm and get away from our hectic and frenetic lives!
